I’m Saskia; a freelance copywriter and editor with over fifteen years experience in magazines, newspapers, sponsored content, branding and marketing. I cut my lexical teeth as a magazine journalist working as a Beauty Writer at Hearst’s Good Housekeeping in London in my early twenties. A genuine love of branding and concept creation led me to make the move into promotional writing. I worked as a Brand Solutions Editor and Conceptual Copywriter for BBC Magazines and the Guardian creating digital and print content for a whole host of clients in the lifestyle, food and travel sectors for titles and websites such as Observer Food Monthly, Lonely Planet Traveller, Radio Times, Olive, theguardian.com, Delicious and Observer Woman.
For the last twelve years I have been freelance, specialising in beauty, wellness, travel and lifestyle writing.

Last year, I launched my blog and website Live Gorge.com- a testament to my passion for the beauty, food and wellness arenas. It takes a 360 ° approach to living well and focuses on inspiring a healthy, balanced connection between mind and body.
